University Mall Theatres uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt your payment information so that it cannot be read over the internet (coming soon).

The price of the ticket can be refunded in person, before the show has started. Internet service fees will not be refunded (coming soon). We will not provide refunds over the phone. You can opt for a free pass instead of a refund.

Bring the credit card you used for the purchase or a printed or digital copy of the confirmation to pick up your tickets. Confirmations are not e-mailed to you.
There is a $1.25 service charge per ticket.
Please arrive with enough time to pick up your ticket and find your seat before the show starts.

An e-mail will be sent to the recipient’s address with a gift card code.  Bring this code to purchase tickets and concessions.  There is $1.00 service charge per gift card code
